As anyone who lives in Florida knows, it's nearly impossible to find a general contractor you can trust to do a good job (especially at a fair price). We did a relatively small job with Nico recently and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. He personally came and supervised the work to ensure that we were happy with the job and that it was being done to his exacting standards. And the bonus is that Nico is such a nice guy and easy to work with. I look forward to future jobs with him. The peace of mind is worth it!
